All prices are in Great British Pounds. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order.

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

Every Elizabeth An'Marie item is made to order and hand knitted when an order is placed. Even though we have the tools and equipment to hand knit an garment quicker and knitting needles our waiting times may vary per garment.
Please keep the following shipping times in mind when placing your order:
Items can take up to 1-3 weeks to knit up and be sent out (depending on your order). Every item is hand knitted when placing your order. We try to work as fast as we can to get it out to you asap.
In the event of unavailability of an item being out of stock, you will be notified on our website.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 1-3 Weeks. Normal postal lead times are UK destinations 3-5 working days, Europe 4-7 working days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
If you didn't receive the parcel within 5 weeks from the date of shipment, please:
- Ask your family or neighbours, maybe they have received the parcel instead of you.
- Ask your local post office. Perhaps, the parcel has arrived and is waiting for you.
Let us know if you didn't receive your parcel within 40 days from the date of shipment. We will file a claim about the lost item at our local post office. If the parcel is lost and this is confirmed by a written response to the postal of United Kingdom, we can issue a full refund or re-send the item.
If you didn't collect the package and it has been shipped back to us, we can ship the item again (you are responsible for shipping costs) or we can issue a refund minus shipping costs.
The information we store about you is your name, customer number, address, phone number, e-mail address. We do not store any information that isn't necessary for us to fulfil our business services. We keep all your personal information on a secure server and will only share it if you give us permission to do so.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No refunds will be given with the exception of genuine faulty goods. In accordance with your rights, we will be pleased to refund any justified complaints where goods are found to be defective. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn or if the item has been damaged after purchase. Exchanges can be made on unwanted current-season goods that have been unworn and unmarked with original packaging and box in a saleable condition accompanied with the purchase invoice within 14 days of the purchase date. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Elizabeth An'Marie cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.
As far as allowed under applicable law, Elizabeth An'Marie cannot be held responsible if Elizabeth An'Marie fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters.
