with Elizabeth An'Marie new addition to very order. Were helping you keep your garment safe.
26th Dec 2017
Happy Wednesday guys! Although I admit to liking weekends more than workdays (who doesn't?), but for me Wednesday tells be that were two days closer to the weekend. But lets get back on track with this story post. A new addition has been added to very Elizabeth An'Marie order, you receive your very own duffer bag - made by US! This duffer bag is to keep you garment safe when no longer wearing it. As most of you know to keep a knitwear garment safe and in shape you should never hang it up on a hanger, but you should fold it. But we didn't want to just leave you to fold your garment and leave it unprotected. We've made you this duffer bag so your garment can be safe from dust or moths (as they love a good knit too!) Below is our step by step process on making these duffer bags for your knits proaction.

Used our measuring tape to create our square. Using our blush pink fabric.
Because our tags are a little bit big and shaped as a rectangle I pinned the tag into a square shape.
Pinning up the sides of our square duffer bag
Here shows us pinning our tag inside the duffer bag
On the sewing machine (early christmas gift - to myself) Sewing up the two sides... Bearing in mind I've never used a sewing machine before. Been watching a lot of @withwendy
The Duffer Bag all sewed up
Pin down the top so we can weave the ribbon though - Which is shown below
Cut the ribbon to the length you want, get a pin and use it to help you move the ribbon through the inner sewing - shown above.
Last step! Sew by hand the two ends of the ribbion together
